Primary Care

Getting a primary care appointment can take weeks, and plenty of people in Canal Winchester do not have a primary care provider at all. Superior Urgent Care fills that gap. We manage chronic illness, refill common primary care medications, order and interpret bloodwork, and send referrals out to specialists when you need one. You do not need to be an established patient to start, and you do not need an appointment. Our providers are certified family nurse practitioners with extensive inpatient and outpatient experience, caring for patients from pediatric through geriatric, and they carry between five and twenty-eight years of nursing experience each. We are open seven days a week, which means the care you would normally wait until Monday for can happen on a Saturday. For patients we already know, we also offer telehealth when it is appropriate for the visit. Russian and Ukrainian are spoken in the clinic.

How a Visit Works

  • Walk in, or save your spot — no appointment needed, seven days a week.
  • We check your coverage first — our medical assistants verify your insurance and explain your copay, coinsurance, deductible and out-of-pocket cost before you are seen.
  • You see a nurse practitioner — providers with extensive inpatient and outpatient experience, caring for patients from pediatric through geriatric.
  • Testing and follow-up stay with us — labs go to Quest Diagnostics, imaging is ordered at a nearby facility, and the results come back to the provider who saw you.

Do I have to be an established patient?
